
A Delhi court has granted anticipatory bail to AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan, who was booked for allegedly obstructing a Delhi Police team at Jamia Nagar in the national capital, ANI confirmed.
Khan was accused of helping a suspect, Shahwez Khan, evade arrest. The court's decision comes after Khan was granted interim protection and asked to join the investigation.

Special judge Jitendra Singh,66jogo had on February 13 granted protection from arrest to the AAP MLA from Okhla till Monday, and later extended the protection for a day.

Earlier, the court had provided him interim protection from arrest in the case.

As part of the bail conditions, Khan is required to furnish a bail bond of Rs 25kf5555,000. Additionally, the court has directed him to cooperate fully with the investigation team and refrain from tampering with any evidence related to the case.
